Judge reprimands Trump for swearing at porn star bribery case trial

The judge asked Donald Trump to stop swearing during his trial in the alleged hush money case when he ran for the 2016 US presidential election.
The trial of Trump’s alleged bribery case on Tuesday (7/5) presented adult film actress Stormy Daniels as a witness. Daniels gave testimony about the alleged one-night stand with the former president of the United States (US).

Although Trump’s lawyers have repeatedly denied it, Daniels explained in detail about the sexual relationship that occurred in 2006. The description sounds like consensual sex.

Hearing this testimony, Trump was heard muttering curse words during the trial.

Before Daniels described the alleged sexual encounter, the judge even became concerned about Trump’s reaction to Daniels’ initial testimony.

As the court moved for its morning recess, New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan motioned for Trump’s defense lawyers to sit beside him.

“I understand that your client is upset at this point, but he’s swearing audibly, and he’s shaking his head visually and that’s insulting. That has the potential to intimidate witnesses and the jury could see that,” Merchan told Trump’s lawyers, quoted by the Washington Post.

“One moment I watched as Miss Daniels testified about rolling up the magazine, and possibly attacking your client, and after that she shook her head and looked down. And, then, I think she saw you, Mr. Blanche. Then when we were talking about The Apprentice , at that time he again said harsh words and this time he looked at you please talk to him during the break.
